Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
? Organize the substitution plan for all teachers who require class coverage.
? Assign all substitutions to available teachers.
? Provide all substitute teachers with substitution instructions, lesson plans, and attendance sheets.
? Substitute classes.
? Utilize efficient classroom management skills when substituting.
? Provide feedback to substitute teachers regarding their performance and classroom management skills.
? Generate, assemble, and maintain all substitution documentation.
? Assemble and post internal daily faculty absence & substitution assignment sheets.
? Track all monthly payroll and contract compliance for all substitutes.
? Serve as lead or assistant proctor for all standardized testing.
? Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or supervisor.
Desired background:
? Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? Prior experience with LMS or SID software preferred
? Single-Subject Teaching Credential (California) preferred
? Previous experience working with high school level students, such as tutoring or childhood development, preferred
