Overview of the Position :
The Associate Director of Campus Ministry supports the Director of Campus Ministry in the spiritual formation of the Bishop Blanchet community by supporting programming related to prayer, reception of sacraments, liturgies, retreats, and pastoral care. There is an administrative and ministerial role to the job. The administrative role can be seen in the overseeing of the programs, and the ministerial role can be seen in presence at events that impact the lives of students, faculty, and staff. Specifically, the major areas listed below are included in this role. The list is not intended to be exhaustive or all-inclusive.
Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies or related field preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
Student Retreats and Faith Formation
- Research, design, and implement re-envisioned retreat programs for freshmen and sophomores.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate the Junior Retreat, the Urban Plunge Retreat, and the Wilderness Retreat.
- Design and implement student leadership and peer ministry training for retreats.
- Coordinate faculty and staff support for retreats.
- Ensure retreat programs align with Catholic teachings and provide opportunities for spiritual growth, reflection, and community building.
- Mentor students in their faith journey, promoting Gospel values and personal growth.

Salary Range : $72,137 - 88,168
