JOB SUMMARY
To teach a combination of math courses offered in Grades 9-12 for the 2025-26 school year.
QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in mathMaster's degree in the specific content area or a related fieldWashington State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain one)Familiarity with educational technologyRecent classroom experience, preferably in a high school settingKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess the skills and abilities to :
Work with students from a variety of cultural backgrounds and learning abilitiesDifferentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learnersEffectively utilize educational technology to enhance the learning of studentsUse data to inform instructional practicesWork collaboratively within the department on curriculum and assessmentsBe flexible and resourcefulBe organized and an effective communicator with all members of the schoolcommunity
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary is dependent upon experience, certification, and education according to Kennedy Catholic's faculty compensation schedule. For the 2024-2025 school year, ateacher's salary ranges between $54,333 and $103,123. The salary range for 2025-2026 is forthcoming.
