Job Summary
St. Pius X Catholic High School is a Catholic community dedicated to the education of the whole person in an environment where extraordinary care and concern for the individual is ordinary.
The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for donor cultivation programs (alumni class reunions, hall of fame induction ceremonies, etc) for St. Pius X Catholic High School. Additionally, this person will be responsible our constituent CRM based data and sending personalized communications to our constituents regarding major life changes/birthdays/sympathy. This position reports directly to the Director of Admissions and works closely with all members of the Advancement team.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between our alumni association and the school
- Develops and maintains relationships with alumni constituents
- Maintain accurate alumni constituent data and conduct research on constituent data
- Communicate with constituents regarding major life changes such as births, deaths, marriages
- Coordinate stewardship events and other special events related to alumni such as; anniversaries, dedications, and donor recognitions
- Coordinate alumni class reunions
- Provide support at Alumni Association events
- Coordinator of alumni association meetings which includes communicating, organizing and planning quarterly meetings
- Creates the alumni budgets and reviews financial information related to alumni
- Performs other duties as assigned
