The Dean of Students plays a key role in fostering a positive school culture, ensuring student discipline aligns with Catholic values, and working closely with faculty, parents, and administration to support student success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and faith-filled learning environment.
- Oversee student behavior management, implementing restorative discipline practices rooted in Catholic teachings.
- Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and teachers to address concerns and foster positive relationships.
- Develop and implement programs that support student character development, leadership, and faith formation.
- Collaborate with faculty to support classroom management and student engagement.
- Monitor student attendance and work to improve student accountability.
- Support extracurricular activities and student life initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
