Job Summary
Holy Spirit Catholic School - Fourth Grade Teacher
A Catholic Elementary School Teacher is responsible for fostering a Christ-centered, academically excellent learning environment that nurtures the spiritual, intellectual, social, and emotional growth of each student. The teacher will integrate Catholic values into all aspects of education, maintain high academic standards, and uphold the mission and vision of the school in alignment with the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools (NSBECS).

Faith Formation and Integration:
Pre-Employment Screening

The screening will include criminal background check, Family Care Safety Registration, drug screen, employment and educational licensure/certification verification, health screening, and any other screenings deemed necessary for employment. - Use diverse teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.

- Support students' spiritual, academic, and social-emotional growth.
- Maintain high expectations for behavior and achievement.
- Assess student progress with formative and summative assessments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching credential or certification appropriate for elementary education.
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
- Strong knowledge of Catholic teachings and a commitment to faith-based education.
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably in a Catholic school.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance instruction.
