Job Summary
Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, one of South County's largest nonprofit senior living communities, seeks a compassionate and experienced Office Manager to join our team. Position Overview:
As the Office Manager for Mary Queen and Mother Center (MQMC), you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A positive attitude is essential, as you represent the community's spirit. This role involves customer service, office management, receptionist oversight, and administrative support for MQMC staff. Must adhere to HIPAA guidelines. This is an hourly position.
Available Shifts: Full-Time Days
Available Wage: $18-20/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and families, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate receptionists.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance requests, and front desk operations.
- Answer calls, direct messages, and maintain the visitor sign-in registry.
- Prepare menus, newsletters, correspondence, and resident files.
- Coordinate clergy services for Masses and manage related stipends.
- Maintain records, petty cash logs, apartment keys, and staff schedules.
- Assist MQMC staff with tasks, tours, and other administrative needs.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
- Experience working with senior adults.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; office management experience preferred.

Relationship Requirements:
Frequent interaction with residents, vendors, visitors, and family members is essential. Collaboration with MQMC staff is required daily.
Resources Managed:
Responsible for a long-term care community of 110 residents and 40 staff members. Oversees 3–6 receptionists.
