Event Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Attend daily retail events to educate customers on the home improvement program and services offered by our clients, ensuring a clear understanding of available options.
- Work directly with customers to enroll them in home improvement services, sales sales, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers to speak with designated top sales managers, facilitating a seamless transition from enrollment to further discussions.
- Maintain brand recognition for our clients by fostering a positive and consistent image at our retail events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through proactive outreach strategies such as directly engaging with customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
Event Management Trainee Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a client-facing, sales, or customer enrollment role is preferred but optional.
