We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What you’ll do : Work with systems engineering, software, and configuration management teams to design, implement, and deploy solutions in Archer’s requirements management, MBSE, and ICD toolsSupport the implementation of a configuration management strategy for artifacts managed in PolarionDevelop codeful solutions to extend out of the box testing capabilities in PolarionDevelop solutions to extend requirements management capabilities, especially for reporting and data analyticsMature Archer’s existing MBSE methodology to enhance architectural analyses and aircraft integration effortsSupport the implementation of a configuration management strategy for MBSE artifactsDevelop codeful solutions that extend out of the box modeling capabilities to support use cases across the engineering and airline organizationsLeverage responsive design principles to improve the UI / UX of internally developed applicationsIntroduce OSLC connectivity between Archer’s requirements management, MBSE, and internally developed toolsCoordinate with DevOps engineers to introduce build and deployment automations and CI / CD pipelines for Archer’s requirements management and MBSE toolsWork with Archer’s data engineering and digital transformation teams to connect datastreams from a variety of applications using no-code / low-code platformsPerform bug fixing and issue resolution based on existing backlogCollaborate with tool owners to propose improvements to the software architecture to improve application maintainability and administrationWhat you need : Minimum : Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics, Aerospace (or equivalent)Desired : Masters Degree in Engineering or Sciences7 years of related experienceExpertise in the configuration and administration of Siemens PolarionKnowledge of aerospace requirements management solutions and methodsExperience using the velocity templating language (VTL) and HTML to develop dashboards and reports in PolarionExperience customizing Siemens Polarion using the Professional Services Organization (PSO) Scripting EngineStrong experience defining MBSE methodologies and performing modelingFamiliarity developing .NET and / or C# applicationsFamiliarity with databases and backend developmentExperience developing utility scripts with Python, Javascript, or similar languagesExperience with managing and manipulating data in JSON and XML formatsStrong ability to manage source code and configurations with gitExperience with agile planning and work executionStrong communication skills to directly interface with end users during development and testingBonus qualifications : Experience with ARP4754A, DO178C, and DO254Experience with orchestration tools like Jetbrains Teamcity(or similar)Experience developing utility scripts with Python, Javascript, or similar languagesKnowledge of Cameo Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standardExperience with no-code / low-code platforms like Mendix or RetoolKnowledge of data lakes and data warehousesKnowledge of system administration for both Windows and Linux platformsExperience with responsive web design, especially using : ReactJSFigmaREST APIsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
