Position Summary :
The Archer County Museum and Arts Center seeks a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the Museum's mission of preserving and celebrating local history and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform bookkeeping and financial tracking using QuickBooks.
- Process and pay contractors, vendors, and other bills promptly.
- Monitor budgets and provide regular financial updates to the board.
- Draft and distribute correspondence, including letters to donors, foundations, and grantors.
- Assist in preparing grant applications and reports.
- Collaborate with board members during monthly meetings to discuss progress while documenting the meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and operation of ACMAC functions.
