POSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary for Digital Learning Administrator
The Digital Learning Administrator will play a key role in supporting all Enterprise releases and deployments for the 1ADM program. He or she will be supporting the Learning team and OCM located across countries and regions so that they can deliver a consistent training experience to our end users. He or she will be responsible for defining governance for 1ADM digital learning tools and for managing the intersections between others, e.g. security team offshore training development team.
The focus of this position is the administration of digital learning applications utilized in the 1ADM program. The primary applications consist of: SAP Enable Now and CourseMill. This resource will be responsible for support, scripting the governance model, security and education for Enable Now. This resource will also be responsible to provide training of EnableNow content to authors, ensure global consistency and governance of content produced using this application. This role also supports CourseMill administrative needs. Activities in CourseMill may include: user support, report execution, course creation, and course assignments. This resource will help in tracking course completion and ensuring we reach critical completion rates for Go Live. An ideal candidate will assist with metrics, analytics gathering, in support of the learning team and OCM needs.

Other key responsibilities
- Define and deploy governance for digital learning tools e.g. Enable Now
- Coordinate implementation of learning tools with Technology, Security teams etc.
- Map end users to role-based learning curriculums for learning deployment
- Build learning pathways in LMS system for end user curricula
- Upload learning products onto LMS and/or SharePoint for end user access
- Define process of transmission of assessment results in LMS to security team to provide end user system access
- Enterprise Learning Lead: Function together as the global learning team
- Change Lead: Partner to develop the learning needs analysis and build the curriculum
- Offshore Development Team: Governance & demand management for learning product updates
- Super Users & Trainers: Facilitate SAP Enable Now training sessions
- Learning & Development Partnership for LMS: Partner to ensure all learning products are uploaded to the LMS
- Local Deployment Team: Gather insights on local change impacts and local learning needs
