Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and track inventory to maintain efficiency
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, scanning, and shredding documents
- Handle invoicing for shipments and place orders for products and parts
- Assist in weighing trucks and railcars
- Answer phone calls and direct them as needed
- Effectively communicate important information to relevant parties
- Collaborate with commercial, production, administrative, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
