Position Summary:
The FP&A Manager, will play a critical role in ADM’s regional function reporting, consolidation, planning and forecasting processes. This role will support the coordination of the monthly forecast and reporting process with the regional business units and global FP&A teams.
This role also provides insightful analysis and decision support by delivering timely, accurate and relevant data and information to a variety of Executive Leadership stakeholders to help drive performance across the organization. This role partners with various stakeholders such as finance partners, business partners, cross-functional partners. This position reports to the Global FP&A Manager Animal Nutrition with dotted line to Finance Director Animal Nutrition North America.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities span but are not limited to the following:
- Oversight of preparation and consolidation of ADM’s monthly forecast, key performance measures, and performance reporting (monthly forecast, estimates, budget, 5-year Plan).
- Participate and demonstrate leadership in cross-functional efforts within Finance to continually improve reporting, forecasting and planning.
- Design, build and develop BI tools to enhance data driven decision making by business.
- Build and present financial plans, projections and ad hoc analysis requests to senior management.
- Ability to influence others within a matrix environment including senior management.
- Ability to lead, monitor, and manage several existing projects with tight deadlines using project management skills and techniques.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Fluent English
- Power BI knowledge and experience.
- Excel proficient.
- Financial Acumen and Advanced Financial Analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Management Reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, long range planning and forecasting.
- Experience executing financial planning, forecasting and analysis processes.
- Visualization and communication skills (to a wide range of audiences both technical and non-technical).
- Project management experience managing multiple projects at one time.
- Business knowledge (preferable in Animal Nutrition).
- Experience managing multiple priorities at one time and under strict deadlines.
