Inland waterway decking experience is preferred but not required. Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents, ability to work in a flexible schedule, work well independently as well as part of a team, and promote the ADM Way and core Values are also essential requirements. Additionally, candidates must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening and company human performance exam (physical ability test).
