Position Summary:
- This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance II in Maintenance department of Rice Mill.
- Assist in all maintenance of machinery Plant wide
- Welding
- Braze weld Stick and mig weld. And cut with acetylene and plasma torch in any fabrication process required.
- Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently
- Ensuring safe operations
- Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
- Assist in completing JSA’s
- Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.
- Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Assist in development of SOP’s and Work Instructions
- Train new hires
- Can work overtime each day
- All other duties assigned by management
- Ability work under pressure, well with others
- Good attendance.
- Basic Computer skills
- Forklift qualified
- Call back 24/7
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures

- Strong work ethic
- Must be self-motivated
- Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- This position requires walking or standing for extended periods of time.
- The positions requires working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels.
- This position requires an individual that is available to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off-hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise.
