Candidate will be responsible for OIS liquid tank inventory management, customer order entry and invoicing
Responsibilities:
- Liquid Tank inventory management and scheduling within OIS & IBM.
- Work with trucking dispatch and 3rd party trans load locations to schedule customer deliveries.
- Work with the sales team on customer issues and price files.
- Set up new sold to/ship to customer information within MDM.
- Invoice orders through IBM pricing review or manual invoicing via IBM shipment function
- Receive and process invoices from warehouses and transload locations
- Troubleshoot customer deliveries when trucking capacity is tight
- Enter customer orders that come to shared inbox
- Previous experience in a customer support role is beneficial, but not required.
- Must have good communication skills via email and phone and able to multi task.
- Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude.
- Prioritize daily work to take care of vendor and customer needs and concerns.
