You'll work closely with our Reliability Engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions, ensuring our facility operates at peak performance while minimizing downtime and improving overall safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment, document inspection and service activity as required, schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, repair and replace equipment as needed, and collaborate with Reliability Engineers on Root Cause Analysis projects and developing additional PMs, operating procedures, and equipment monitoring.
Required Skills:
High school education or equivalent, prior experience or working knowledge of three-phase, 480-volt electrical systems, proficiency in metal cutting, welding, and fabrication, ability to work independently while being flexible to work as a team when needed, and regular and prompt attendance.
