Service Delivery SAP MDM System Analyst
Position Summary
Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has an opportunity for a results oriented Service Delivery SAP MDM System Analyst within the Data & Analytics Team, supporting Master Data Management (MDM) projects and production support activities. The Service Delivery SAP System Analyst will manage the analysis of application performance across both Master Data Management Tools applications; to ensure customer delivery expectations are being met. Work with the Design and Development teams as services are transitioned into production. Deliver training and support to end users on developed functionality and assist in providing change management to the organization. This role is accountable for the performance of the application and the performance of the Service Provider and will deliver services based on the ITIL Framework.
Purpose and Scope
The oriented Service Delivery SAP MDM System Analyst role oversees the execution of Services in the Master Data Management area within SAP S4. Primarily responsible for providing direction and structure, serve as liaison between the solution teams, developments teams and the business as it applies to Applications and Data Management. Also, work with a geographically diverse group of vendors and internal resources, in completing projects and ensuring appropriate communications to business and/or Global Technology executive leadership. Reporting to the DNA Service Delivery Manager, this position will oversee key functions that enable the delivery of high-quality service to the business and ensures service delivery partners meet requirements and SLAs. This position is both a vendor and stakeholder facing role and is responsible to ensure expectations are established and effectively managed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to gather the AS-IS/TO-BE business requirement and communicate to the technical team.
- Provide functional & technical expertise for applications & products supporting one or more process areas.
- Strong business skills for Master Data Management platform.
- Requirement Analysis and Review with Customer for Business Sign Off
- Troubleshooting and resolving SAP S4 MDM related issues.
- Collaborate with source systems, data stewards, and technical personnel for data governance and to resolve any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion.
- Monitor Master Data services to ensure appropriate performance, to correct errors, to isolate areas for improvement, and for general debugging.
- Collaborate with data remediators, database administrators, network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to help resolve problems with data integration service application.
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve issues.
- Communicate system changes to business users
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
- 0-3 years of general business and/or IT experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with others.
- Strong collaboration and problem resolution skills.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, with ease and comfort working with internal and external leadership
- Effectively work with business and project team members across the globe whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email
- Build a positive work culture through teamwork & conflict resolution
- Understanding of ITIL practices, particularly around Service Operation and Service Transition
- Experience participating with multi-functional teams
- Preferred ServiceNow experience
- Preferred SAP MDM experience
