Archer & Greiner P.C. is seeking a Corporate/Finance Transactional Associate for its Voorhees, Philadelphia, or Hackensack offices. Attorneys in Archer’s Business Counseling Practice Group handle a wide range of complex legal matters, including entity formation, contract management, commercial finance, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Entity formation and related corporate structuring.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Representing lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions.
- Advising on corporate governance.
- Managing M&A transactions from start to close.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: NJ Bar or PA Bar admission required; NY and/or DE Bar admission is a plus.
- Experience: 3-6 years of litigation and corporate/finance transactional experience required.
- Skills: Experience with governmental regulation and incentives or alternative energy transactions is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills. High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
