HELP DESK/ SYSTEMS SUPPORT
Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a Help Desk/Systems Support to work in our Voorhees, NJ office. This position will be onsite, Monday through Friday (hours will vary), as well as a rotating on-call weekend schedule. This person should be highly motivated and have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and desk support to help resolve any problems employees encounter with software or data management systems – iManage;
- Serve as the initial point of contact for any software troubleshooting;
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues that involve desktop computer software or data management systems;
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned;
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have 2 -5 years of experience in a Law Firm setting;
- Basic knowledge and understanding of legal documents and document management systems;
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Kofax PDF, and iManage;
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment;
- Must be extremely organized, great attention to detail, and be able to prioritize workload;
- Ability to work well as part of collaborative team and communicate effectively with all levels of management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
