This opportunity provides an introduction to the full life-cycle of quality engineering in the Archer GRC product. Responsible for execution of tests, methods, and procedures to ensure quality assurance and serviceability standards. Analyzes test results of existing functionality, documenting outcome when corrective action is necessary. Ensures that system tests are successfully completed, documented and all issues are resolved. Installation and configuration of product and system component software in the Continuous Engineering QE lab. Responsible for testing systems, application software, and platform certification. After testing provides feedback to developers on noted problems and potential changes to remediate. Works independently with CE team engineers and other engineering functions. Participate in the Cumulative Patch Release (CPR) program conducting verification of defect fixes delivered in the release. Review of release documentation to ensure completeness and clarity. Conducts platform and cross-product compatibility testing to certify forward and backward product compatibility.
