Account Manager

Archer is looking for an Account Manager to work with our experienced team in supporting the development of advertising campaigns and relationships across the client ecosystem for one of our largest clients. As an Account Manager, you should have a passion for advertising. You're ready to lead projects and have the intuition and social skills to strengthen client relationships and add momentum through a positive attitude.  You will always learn something new with this team that will advance your skills and knowledge. You will be empowered to make decisions as you grow with a supportive interdisciplinary team that values ideas from anywhere. It's preferable that you're based in Memphis to facilitate team interaction. Our hybrid work culture will allow you to work remotely at various times.   CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AS ACCOUNT MANAGER :   Learn and study the client’s category, business products, and target audiences in order to become a key player in the brand's growth Build relationships with key internal contributors across disciplines, establishing a reputation as a “go-to” resource on the team Manage projects and track timelines on a day-to-day basis with varying levels of responsibility and supervision Support fellow account leads in the administration of projects (opening projects, status reports,, etc.) with a keen eye for detail   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : 2 years of experience in an account management role Broad understanding of the steps required to develop integrated campaigns from strategy to execution Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle competing demands for time The ability to absorb a large volume of information from multiple sources with varying complexity, manage details, and thrive in ambiguity Quick learner, easily ramping up on various platforms and technologies  Solid business writing skills and artful editing with brevity Clear and precise communicator, curious and receptive listener   Powered by JazzHR
