The HRPC Programs Leader reports to the Global Leader of HR, People & Culture, assists the global HRPC team in the delivery of HR programs and initiatives including training and development, performance management, policy development, recruitment, talent management, and HR Operations ensuring alignment and support of company goals.
You must be able to effectively support leadership strategically, collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams globally and remotely. You must also be able to embrace ambiguity and be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done - including administration and coordination as needed.

- Provides support and consultation to drive employee retention, engagement and productivity in alignment with business strategy.
- Responsible for development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value quality human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels of team members.
- Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders and succession plan, and drive business change efforts.
- Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with company policy as well as federal and local regulations.

15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience10 years of progressive HR Generalist / Business Partner experience, diversified leadership, project planning, communication in technology sector with specific HR stand-up initiatives in private equity supported organizations.Practical expertise in talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation and leadership consultation regarding human resource matters, strategic HR process and policy development and program management.Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
