CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AS ACCOUNT MANAGER:
- Learn and study the client’s category, business products, and target audiences in order to become a key player in the brand's growth
- Build relationships with key internal contributors across disciplines, establishing a reputation as a “go-to” resource on the team
- Manage projects and track timelines on a day-to-day basis with varying levels of responsibility and supervision
- Support fellow account leads in the administration of projects (opening projects, status reports,, etc.) with a keen eye for detail
- 2 years of experience in an account management role
- Broad understanding of the steps required to develop integrated campaigns from strategy to execution
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle competing demands for time
- The ability to absorb a large volume of information from multiple sources with varying complexity, manage details, and thrive in ambiguity
- Quick learner, easily ramping up on various platforms and technologies
- Solid business writing skills and artful editing with brevity
- Clear and precise communicator, curious and receptive listener
