Art Director

Archer has an opening for an Art Director with extensive experience in social media. This position will play a key role in helping craft engaging social content that’s on brand, on strategy, and on time.

You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, creative problem solving, big brand ideas, smart humor, dumb humor, trust, and the occasional digression into rambling, impertinent banter.

This is a local or remote position (with the possibility of occasional travel) offering flexible in-office and work-from-home options.

Your Core Responsibilities as Art Director

• Help conceive and create awesome, fun, unignorable social posts and campaigns
• Help plan, organize, schedule, post, and manage social content, campaigns, and promos
• Understand each social channel, including best practices, trends, specs, updates, etc
• Help prioritize requests and due dates
• Work proactively and responsively within a multidisciplinary brand team
  
  

Your Tangibles

• Graphic Design or relevant degree with some agency or marketing experience (yep, internships count)
• Great work samples, including social, digital content, & campaigns
• Mastery of Adobe Design Suite (esp. Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Avid social media user with fluent grasp of native functionalities
