This role is critical in shaping Archer’s growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities that align with Archer’s long-term strategic objectives. We are looking for dynamic, forward-thinking and inspiring, innovative people.Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll contribute to projects that shape the future of technology, leveraging your analytical skills and understanding of industry trends to drive meaningful results.Responsible for the negotiation, documentation, due diligence, and integration planning along with researching and analyzing industries, companies, and relevant segments and business models.Partner with senior leadership to define inorganic strategic themes and evaluate potential strategic opportunities.Develop and present detailed strategic business cases and valuation analyses to senior leadership.Facilitate and coordinate all phases of sourced deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Implement and refine processes to ensure world-class execution standards.Oversee post-close aspects of deals to ensure strategic goals are achieved.Build and maintain a network of industry experts to gain insights on trends and opportunities.What You Need : 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital or management consulting.Strong financial modeling skills.Confidence in presenting to executive management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
