What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flight Test Engineer position at Archer?
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What You'll Do :
- Work closely with the Flight Test engineering team to support envelope expansion testing of Archer Midnight T01 and contribute to its development
- Prepare technical documentation, including test plans and test reports
- Engage actively in problem-solving efforts, offering innovative solutions and troubleshooting issues as they come up.
- Research key engineering topics, analyze data, and present insights to inform project decisions

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
