We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
- Play a critical role in scaling Archer's growth by providing full-life cycle recruiting to build upon the corporate functions of the organization to transform the future of urban air mobility
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage with passive candidates for various G&A teams
- Craft and distribute effective job descriptions to build a compelling pitch for qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates' experience to required role requirements
- Negotiate and close candidates to meet hiring goals
- Partner with recruiting operations, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize hiring needs
- Responsible for managing the talent pipeline and managing all communication within a timely manner with all candidates to ensure a great candidate experience
- Manage to and meeting the established recruiting processes, meeting regulatory and compliance recruitment standards
- Provide exceptional candidate experience while championing Archer's culture and employment brand
- 2 year of experience in a high volume recruiting environment with a minimum of 1 year recruiting for G&A positions
- Experience partnering with the business to understand the role requirements and managing various stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Can critically think and problem solve in a sometimes ambiguous situations
- Keeping a growth mindset with a positive attitude in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on ad hoc recruiting projects
- Experience recruiting in publicly traded organizations, valuing processes that tie to compliance
- Experience in a startup environment
