We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Perform repairs on various appliances in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to understand appliance functions and repair processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
• Operate a company van.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of service are met.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or in a similar field service role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair various types of appliances.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation related to appliance repair.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience as a delivery driver is a plus but not required.
• Must possess valid driver's license and clean driving record.
