What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager III position at Archetype Signs?
- Can work directly with clients to kick off projects and identify the full scope of work needed on all sizes of projects
- Work closely with client to ensure project success keeping sales in the loop
- Regularly update the client and keep the salesperson in the loop of project status

Utilizing resources available, determine project timeline, pricing accuracy, budgets & project needs
- Able to identify what may be missing
- Able to quickly provides solutions to issues on ones own, using your own experience or the knowledge of others
- Foresee any upcoming project hurdles and professionally communicate to all project stakeholders, giving alternative options if necessary inclusive of timeline, cost, etc. Does not usually need the help of others to identify these
- Easily communicates with all departments to bring projects from design to delivery on all or almost all project types
- Easily communicates with the billing team billing and able to handle high level billing situations
- Request and understand very detailed drawings
- Can interpret construction drawings easily on your own
- Request and understand very detailed estimates and provides confident input on them
- Review orders for accurate release and billing on all project types
- Review and address detailed quality concerns
- Invoice clients using multiple platforms as well as our own
- Can jump in without previous specific project knowledge and ask questions to bring yourself up to speed
- Has high to very high-level of understanding of how the company works
