Your Role
The Digital Marketing Lead is a vital part of our marketing team, responsible for executing and managing diverse marketing campaigns, devising content strategies, and enhancing our social media presence. In this dynamic role, you will drive marketing initiatives, advocate for client needs, and provide high-level strategic guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple marketing disciplines including social media, influencer, and content marketing.
- Exceptional client service skills, utilizing Archetype's resources and managing teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Ability to oversee smaller accounts or marketing components of integrated accounts while managing objectives and budgets.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, delivering strategic counsel backed by a thorough understanding of their business and market dynamics.
- Collaborate across various functions to devise effective content marketing strategies and editorial schedules aligning with client objectives.
- Deep knowledge of content strategies and the ability to recommend optimal tactics to meet client goals.
- Articulate strategic plans and consult with clients at a high level, understanding the intricacies of budget management.
- Efficiently handle a robust network of influencers for client campaigns.
- Manage the strategy and execution of paid social media campaigns, tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
- Engage in ongoing account execution while progressively taking on more responsibilities in team leadership and client deliverables.
- Proactively expand our marketing initiatives with both existing and new clients while mentoring team members in enhancing their marketing skills.
- Utilize available tools and technologies for campaign delivery, insights, and analytics, advising clients on suitable options.
