The Opportunity
As a crucial member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in managing campaigns, developing content strategies, overseeing social media initiatives, and fostering relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will effectively deliver existing and new marketing programs while identifying innovative ways to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
- Provide exceptional client service, utilizing Archetype's best resources and effectively guiding team members to meet client marketing objectives.
- Manage smaller accounts or components of integrated accounts, ensuring successful execution within budget constraints.
- Act as a primary client contact, delivering strategic counsel grounded in a thorough understanding of their business and market dynamics.
- Collaborate across teams to create impactful content marketing strategies that align with client business goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in content strategies and recommend effective tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Articulate strategic marketing plans and engage in budget-setting discussions.
- Maintain an organized and efficient database of relevant influencers for client campaigns.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of paid social media campaigns, optimizing and reporting on their performance.
- Gradually increase responsibility for team leadership and client deliverables, including developing budgets and scopes of work.
- Proactively contribute to the growth of marketing initiatives for current clients and support new business opportunities.
- Leverage industry tools and technologies to enhance client campaign delivery, insights, and analysis; provide recommendations on suitable tools for clients.
