We are a multi-disciplinary design studio with a global presence. We are architects, interior designers, graphic designers and 3D Vizualisers. We are small but mighty and growing quickly, with multiple offices around the world executing designs for clients in every corner of the universe. We design buildings and spaces that don’t simply look good, we design them to feel good too. And we’re bloody great at it.
About the Position.
Working under the guidance of experienced Interior Designers, the Interior Design assistant will gain hands-on experience while contributing to concept designs, design development, documentation execution, and project coordination across residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience in interior design, strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations. Help with space planning, furniture selection, and material sourcing.
- Research and source finishes, fixtures, furnishings, fabrics, and accessories. Coordinate with suppliers and maintain material libraries.
- Format documents and prepare project presentations. Compile visual documentation and deliver progress reports.
- Manage project-related administrative tasks, including organizing supplier information and client communications.
- Support the preparation of client-facing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Contribute to various tasks as assigned by the interior design team to support the overall success of projects.
