Job Description
Archie Cochrane Motors is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Delivery Driver to join our Parts Department. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our wholesale customers while representing the dealership with professionalism.
Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays may be required
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver parts to customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner
- In town and out of town day trips
- Verify parts being delivered against invoices to ensure accuracy
- Assist in pulling parts for delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and routine upkeep of the delivery vehicle
- Help with shipping and receiving duties in the Parts Department when needed
- Collect payments or obtain signatures when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the dealership on the road
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior driving or delivery experience recommended
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull the parts being delivered, and occasionally lift heavier loads with assistance.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to quality service
- Knowledge of local Billings area and surrounding regions is a plus
