KTA is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team in Los Angeles. Collaborating closely with firm leadership and project teams, you will play an integral role in advancing KTA's mission and promoting our work. This position, as part of our dynamic Marketing Team, offers significant opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, ambitious, and creative environment.The scope of the role will be tailored to the candidate's experience and skills. Primary responsibilities include : Developing and coordinating marketing initiatives, including proposals, presentations, social media content, print and digital marketing materials, award submissions, and website maintenance.Supporting day-to-day departmental operations.Collaborating with firm leadership and design staff to execute marketing strategies effectively.Key Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, design, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant work experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a collegial team.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.Proficiency in creating tailored graphic layouts and maintaining graphic standards.Experience writing and editing initiative-specific content.Proficiency in critical software programs, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.We are especially interested in candidates who share a passion for KTA's mission and portfolio.
