What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architect / Designer, 3-5 Year Experience position at Archinect?
General Requirements :

Can thoroughly work through project concepts and execute at a detailed level.
Comfort and skill with client and consultant interaction.
Works well in a team, interested in learning from others, and can course-correct when given direction from project managers.
Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
Optimistic, honest, self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and invested in the field of architecture.
Required Experience in the Field :
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in varied project types.
Intermediate proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop. Competent in rendering software such as Lumion or V-Ray.
Has completed a full design process and documentation for at least one project (Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Documents). Comfortable with architectural drawing set standards and organization. Has experience completing redlined drawings.
Ability to understand, review, and coordinate consultant drawings.
Basic understanding of local building codes and accessibility requirements.
Familiarity with construction administration processes, including responding to RFIs, preparing sketches and addendums (CCDs), visiting the construction site to gather information, and / or preparing a punch list.
Licensure is not required, but desirable.
