Job Description
- Lead and manage residential design projects from concept to completion
- Ensure designs align with zoning codes, building regulations, and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm’s design culture
- professional degree in Architecture
- 5 years of work experience, with a strong portfolio in residential design
- proficiency in ArchiCAD BIM modelling and Adobe suite
- strong design, communication, and project management skills
