1100 Architect is currently seeking a full-time architectural designer with design experience on architectural and interior design projects demonstrating a strong creative process. Candidates must have advanced digital modeling and rendering skills and professional Revit experience.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Architectural Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and assist in developing creative concepts and solutions for projects;
• Translate project concepts and technical details into engaging visuals for presentation materials; including renderings, diagrams and graphics;
• Lead rendering and modeling tasks for assigned projects;
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to ensure compliance;
• Documentation for all phases of a project including construction documents.
  
  

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be passionate about delivering excellence, and possess the following qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution;
• Strong design, visualization, and technical skills;
• 3 to 5 years of post-professional work experience in Architectural firms;
• Expert skill in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong skills using Rhino and Enscape preferred;
• Dependable team player that can handle multiple tasks;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
