Currently, we are seeking an Architectural Job Captain who can help contribute to all projects from inception to completion. A Job Captain will have a thorough understanding of construction documents in addition to retaining and understanding of all of the parties involved and the delivery of the work that they are responsible for.

Responsibilities
- 2-6 years of professional office experience.
- Passion for high-end residential architecture and construction.
- 1 years of experience with Revit in an office environment working on real-world projects.
- Experience with the compilation, drafting, and coordination of permit and construction documents.
- A highly efficient self-starter who can identify and solve both simple and complex problems with principal guidance.
- A drive to constantly learn, improve, and contribute to the evolution of this young, rising office.
- High-end analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in construction documents, detailing, digital modeling, rendering, digital fabrication, and graphics.
- The ability to condense, categorize, and present research and ideas.
