Our growing team is looking to add an outstanding Junior Designer to our studio. The Junior Designer position is responsible for a variety of professional tasks and will have the opportunity to be involved in multiple projects within the office. This position requires the ability to develop designs from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation. QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Architecture Program
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-graduate experience with an emphasis on custom residential and small-scale commercial projects
- Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
- Working knowledge of ArchiCAD or Revit to produce detailed 3D models and drawing sets
- Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, Google Suite, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
- An understanding of the zoning codes, building codes, and permitting process
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment
- Strong leadership, organizational and attention to detail skills
- Can Do” positive attitude with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, while managing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Construction documentation production experience including consultant coordination, product research and detail development
- Strong digital drafting, modeling and visualization skills
- A commitment to design excellence and a desire for professional growth
