Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project management: Drive the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Collaborate on interiors: Work closely with our partner interior design studio Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts and ensure high-end interior detailing.
- Oversee project workflow: Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants: Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior staff: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, contributing to their development and project success.
- Passion for interior design and architecture: A strong appreciation for both is essential.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
- Software skills:
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office: Must be proficient.
- Enscape knowledge is a plus.
- High-end detailing: Strong knowledge of high-end interior detailing is required.
- Proven experience in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting, including conducting research and collaborating closely with designers.
- Project management: Experience in handling complex project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables.
- Driver's License required.
- Licensure: Licensure preferred but not required. Willingness to pursue licensure is appreciated.
