This position can be based in London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Hong Kong. The role requires substantial international travel to service and build relationships and to lead the management of a global network of studios. Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and profit and loss across global studios.
- Continually develop the practice's global business strategy to drive growth and profitability through both organic growth and acquisition.
- Lead the senior leadership team across regions, setting goals and responsibilities.
- Drive a culture of practice-wide innovation to deliver business outcomes.
- Be a positive figurehead driving the business's external profile and customer interaction.
- Substantial experience leading and running a global architecture practice in a senior executive position.
- Financial reporting and preparing and executing a global business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience of leading, and reporting into, an executive team.
- Strong remuneration up to US $350k if US-based.
- Annual personal performance bonus.
- Position can be based in London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Hong Kong.
