We are seeking an experienced Interior Architectural Designer.Responsibilities Providing technical leadership during project deliveryKnowledge of local building codes and the permitting processAbility to work with multiple project teams and on multiple projects at the same timeExperience in the preparation of construction documents for both new and renovation projectsAbility to coordinate related architectural disciplines during project deliveryKnowledge and experience of project administration during the construction phasePerforming basic architectural calculationsPreparing specifications, reports, and related data tablesMaintaining liaison with design and drafting groupsPreparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as requiredUnder the direction of the Supervising Architectural Designer, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgetsMay coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned projectMay assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design / drafting personnelMinimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field4 years of related experienceProficient in Revit and CADExperience in all phases of project delivery, from schematic design through construction documentsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent teamwork and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications 5 years of relevant experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
