Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for facility renovations and capital projects
- Translate complex building systems into accessible visual formats for planning and communication
- Manage data and workflows in the museum’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ensure consistent project coordination across departments
- Support safety and maintenance standards throughout museum spaces
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Design & Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting facilities or construction projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino preferred)
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms
- Strong organizational and visual communication skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work at heights (up to 40 ft via lift)
