  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No direct reports

As part of a purposeful team at Archipelago Strategies Group, Inc. (ASG), a full-service marketing agency that specializes in impactful social marketing, the Brand Manager crafts and executes comprehensive marketing strategies for ASG’s internal brand, ensuring that branding choices bolster sales and solidify ASG’s standing in the market. The Brand Manager will implement strategies that distinguish the company from its competitors and cultivate enduring customer relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies, content, and campaigns via the company’s website, social media and other media platforms
  • Collaborate with ASG’s internal Creative team and external vendors; provide guidance on marketing related aspects of the ASG’s web presence, digital media and traditional media platforms
  • Develop and expand ASG’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources
  • Draft, implement, maintain, and revise online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company
  • Manage and pitch the company’s work for awards and recognition
  • Support internal People Operations strategies in helping draw in future candidates
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure campaign results, media opportunities, new clients, certifications, team list, and blogs are up to date on the company website
  • Monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in brand marketing
  • Prepare and maintain the budget for ASG internal marketing, in collaboration with the Director of Business Development
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to contribute effectively to the overall success of the organization    

Qualifications


YOUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertisement, business, or related field
  • Must have 5 years of social media management, advertising, and/or marketing experience 
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing platforms including but not limited to social media networks, website platforms and email marketing programs; Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Must have functional knowledge and/or personal experience with web development and management preferred
  • Must have access to the internet
  • Must have ability to attend ASG onsite events and/or client meetings when requested
  • Must have ability to work evenings and weekends, especially during campaign peaks
  • Must be a self-starter, independently driven to carry out deliverables and achieve goals.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required, fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese
  • Professional certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Hootsuite Social Marketing, Facebook Blueprint, SEO and/or SEM preferred
