Summary
This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Program Analysis and Evaluation Division. This position is a Senior Analyst located within the PA&ED serving as a senior expert, demonstrates effective judgment skills, and uses current technology and management & decision science methods to maximize the value of agency operations and resources with responsibility for end-to-end multi-year capital planning for assigned portfolios.

You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. To be creditable, an applicant's one full year of specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. To qualify at the GS-14 level, your resume must clearly demonstrate that you have one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to at least the GS-13 level in the federal service. Examples of qualifying experience include the following types of tasks performed on a regular and recurring basis: Providing direction and advice on the design, development and implementation of organization-wide strategic initiatives that guide actions and policies to improve project priorities; Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate programs for efficiency and effectiveness and coordinating with senior managers on a range of issues related to projections and analysis of organizational operations; and Applying experience in data collection and data analytics to ensure the most current state-of-the-art systems and technologies are available to the organization.
