Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and modifying architectural drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD software.
- Assisting in space planning, site analysis, and design development for campus projects.
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Conducting field measurements and site visits to verify existing conditions.
- Maintaining digital and physical archives of architectural drawings and project documents.
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and university stakeholders on design and construction projects.
- Providing technical support in the development of project proposals and presentations.
- Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect and customer service.
- By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.

Pay: $32.36 - $34.62 per hour
