Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain project budgets, providing accurate forecasting and tracking of expenses and revenue.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Monitor and control project costs, track variations, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
- Project Cash Flow Management: Manage project cash flows, including invoicing, payment schedules, and coordination with project managers to ensure financial alignment with project timelines.
- Contract & Change Order Management: Review and manage contracts, amendments, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to financial agreements.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Audit & Tax Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate audits and tax filings.
