What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Architect position at Architect?
Job responsibilities include:
- Supports project planning & design on multiple levels and across multiple categories of real estate with the ability to influence and follow projects from concept to reality
- Review design & construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality with other Hankin Group disciplines to agree on project parameters
- Assist our construction division interpreting design documents and solving technical problems or questions.
- Assists with LEED coordination during design and administration during/after construction to obtain certifications.
- Performs site inspections to review progress of various elements of civil & architectural work
