Provides support managing multi-discipline design projects. Holds primary responsibility for providing support establishing an organizational structure for the project team; supports establishing/monitoring project schedule and budget; and providing support ensuring compliance with all contract and regulatory requirements. Provides expertise in development of applicable task execution methods; implementation of best business practices; and facilitation of required training, organizational development, and work process implementation. Provides support of periodic studies and reviews of selected management/organizational structures to evaluate performance relative to project objectives. Provides support evaluating work methods to ensure constant project focus on client requirements. Assists as interface with the customer(s), ensuring prompt response to stated concerns, but maintaining contractual compliance with the SOW's actual requirements and the contract's terms and conditions.
A successful candidate will have the proven ability to direct day-to-day operations, coordinate with consultants and clients with execution of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with consultants to deliver quality work products.
- Manage all phases of Design through Construction.
- Building and updating project schedules.
- Responsible for communicating with owners, architects, and consultants.
- Ability to work well under pressure and on multiple projects.
Ability to identify and address issues, follow protocol and procedure, and reach the highest and best resolution
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both internally and externally
- Ability to mentor other professionals
- Ability to work with governing authorities to obtain building permits, documenting code review, and approvals
Basic Requirements
· Licensed Architect or PE required
· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related technical field or business/management.
· At least 5 years of professional experience and familiarity with managing multi-discipline projects.
· Has or is able to achieve DoD Clearance.
· Proficient in AutoCAD and other software related to the AE field; knowledge of Revit a plus.
· Experience in Government projects.
Preferred:
· NFPA 101 Life Safety Code 2021 edition which references all other applicable NFPA codes,
· Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and (as a catch all) all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Nights and Weekends as needed
